SAI International School is re-applying for the British Council, International School Award (ISA) Accreditation and had received the ISA in 2010-2013 and 2014-2017 in the outstanding category, among only a few schools in India. We take pride in all the hard work the ISA requires and truly  enjoy the challenges it brings. 

We will be completing 10 collaborative ISA projects with schools in UK, USA, EGYPT, CHINA, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA and or any other school that would like to take part.Each project has its own charm and distinctive international learning. All participating schools submitted work will be posted on this Webpage to be shared.

Global Immersion Programme : Project 1 –  60 to 90 students and teachers visit UK, USA and Singapore on 7- 14 Day student/ teacher exchange programme. International Story Exchange: Project 2 – participating schools exchange stories via youtube and send correlating activity. All are posted on the webpage and shared among the classrooms. Stories from 3 different continents have been exchanged so far. please click on this link if you wish to add a bit of international flavour into your class story time.

Global Studies : Project 4  International curriculum implemented into the schools syllabus designed to create 21st century global citizens who are aware of global issues besides gaining basic knowledge of the world around them. Lessons in History, Geography, Culture, English, Economics and Current Affairs.

Inclusive Education through Community Service Initiatives : Project 5– Students in UK, India and Uganda  team up and find ways to promote inclusive educational opportunities and improved quality of education for a local special needs school  through community service , implementation of modern facilities and mentoring them toward ISA accreditation in 2017

Kindness Matters: Project 6   – An international movement to spread the message of kindness  through random acts and classroom activities with partner school in four different countries. 

Music and Noise : Project 7 – Students exchange of videos about traditional instruments used in different countries. Sharing songs and traditional rhythms and sounds.
